NesiTrades provides educational content, tools, indicators, and resources for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing inside the NesiTrades platform should be considered financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. License & Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, NesiTrades grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. All content, indicators, code, videos, images, and materials are the property of NesiTrades or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share access with any third party.
4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing
Some Services require payment. By purchasing, you authorize NesiTrades and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
5. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of NesiTrades products and immediate access to educational content, tools, and proprietary resources, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Trading Risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every trader. You can lose some or all of the money you use for trading. No strategy, indicator, tool, lesson, or example can guarantee profits or prevent losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All trading decisions are made at your own risk.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not share your account or resell access to the Services.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NesiTrades disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NesiTrades and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
